Hello, I'm James, and I am currently working with Northtrail Capital Partners, a search fund looking to acquire a small business. We're looking for a motivated freshman or sophomore to join our search fund team. This is a unique chance to get early exposure to private equity and entrepreneurship through acquisition. You'll work directly with the searcher and help source, evaluate, and reach out to small businesses we’re looking to acquire. What you'll do: - Research industries and identify interesting companies - Build lists of potential acquisition targets - Assist with financial analysis and due diligence on live deals What we’re looking for: - Strong interest in finance, private equity, or entrepreneurship - Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently - Solid research and Excel skills - Willing to learn and take initiative This is a great opportunity to build your resume, develop real-world skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how deals happen.
