Search fund CPA recs?
I'm looking for a qualified CPA with experience in the following:
(1) Standard bookkeeping at the HoldCo and PortCo levels
(2) Tax optimization strategy at the HoldCo and PortCo levels
(3) Personal tax strategy with respect to executive salary, expenses, etc.
I imagine it's rare for a CPA to cover all three buckets, but it's worth a shot. Thanks!
