No first hand experience (yet) -- but Hubspot and Pipedrive appear to be the most popular choices. Hubspot has a free version that can handle pretty much everything you need to do in search. Pipedrive starts at $14 / month (I believe Searchfunder has a discount if you look). I've read some views that Pipedrive is more straightforward and user-friendly. Keep in mind that these platforms were built primarily as CRMs, so systems of record. They offer outbound sales capabilities (email cadences, dialers etc.), but those may not be best-in-class, so some people use other dedicated solutions for outbound that then feed back into the CRM via integrations.

Pipedrive is cheap and easy to use. Personally I really only use the sales/opportunity pipeline function and there's a whole lot of bells and whistles I do not use. So I could probably use a free tool and get just as much use out of it.

One functionality I do really appreciate is if you sync your email to it, you can track all communication you have with stakeholders in the opportunity. This makes it really easy to re-familiarize yourself with the status of the opp without having to go back and forth to your email. Saves me a ton of time when I'm doing CRM cleanup (which is multiple times per week).
