Search Fund – Deal Execution & Due Diligence on live tech deal

Interns will be working in the deal execution and due diligence phase in the potential acquisition of an Australian SME in the tech space. Touchstone Point is advancing a live acquisition opportunity involving an Australian SME in the tech sector. In interviews, career professionals want to see impact you have made on deals and if you are ready to dedicate 6-8 hours a week to a dedicated deal process, then this will be a good opportunity to set yourself apart during recruitment. Note: This phase of due diligence will be strict in terms of time commitment, and having 6-8 hours is a mandatory requirement for this role.
