Hi everyone,

I've started compiling a list of university search fund & ETA courses here: https://www.smeventures.com/insights/search-fund-courses

Am I missing any? I feel like there must be more. I know there are some young aspiring entrepreneurs on this platform, and I'm hoping this will help them decide on a b-school.

Thanks!

Jake

^redacted‌, chiming in for Tepper here. We have a 4 course track designed to take students from hearing about search for the first time to launching their own search fully equipped (while receiving course credit for searching), I'll list them here and DM you a blurb for classes missing info.
Course 1: Entrepreneurial Alternatives: https://www.cmu.edu/tepper/programs/courses/45806.html
Course 2: Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (Survey): https://www.cmu.edu/tepper/programs/courses/45817.html
Course 3: Entrepreneurship Through Acquistion Workshop (you have already listed this)
Course 4: Designing and Leading a Business Capstone: https://www.cmu.edu/tepper/programs/courses/45909.html

Jake - Thanks for making this list. re Tuck School at Dartmouth - There is an eTa program/workshop at Tuck (it's historically been run as a structured group seminar the last few years) organized by Jim Feuille with several contributing faculty and visitors from the ecosystem, and then, while not eTa focused specifically, for the last 5 years I have run a seminar program at Tuck called "Private Equity Practicum" focused on small market investment (including eTa and independent sponsor context). Both programs are fairly tactical and have been popular amongst students interested in this path. If anyone on here are Tuckies or considering choosing a Tuck MBA and an eTa career path - I'm happy to be a resource.
