Search Fund Fundraise

After 12 months as self funded searcher I’m transitioning to a traditional search fund with the aim to leverage the network and experience built in the past months, therefore currently looking to capitalise the search. Already started to speak with some investors and quite excited where this is going.

The investment criteria is e-commerce businesses in the Supplements space, EV $3-7M is the sweet spot with over $750k EBITDA and minimum 3 Years established.

Me and my partner are bringing altogether business ownership experience and direct exposure in the Supplements industry with over 15 years and just recently a supplement brand scaled from 4M yearly sales to 60M. I’m based in UK/EU and My partner is based in USA, so Dual Location. 

We are currently being pre-approved for SBA, to further add a USP to our search fund.
