Lets say you just finished fundraising and you are trying to build some infrastructure to make your search efficient. What infrastructure do you need to help yourself?

Technology - what vendors and what types of Saas products are helpful?
Interns - how many is a good number?
Website
Accounting Firm - What vendors are good?
Anything Else?

How long should you budget for this to take?

CRM is a must as it will track everyone you meet throughout the search (owners, brokers, investors, others). After a website, I would prioritize this as you will need it before the search truly begins. I think there are a few threads on searchfunder related to this topic, but Pipedrive is a commonly used CRM in search.
