M&A Internship Caprae Capital Partners is a family office investment platform that is not a traditional PE fund - we are a tech-enabled business built to change the PE and search fund industry. Interns may also manage project/teams, developing leadership skills uncommon at this career stage You’ll gain exposure to both sides of the industry: working with traditional firms while helping Caprae actively disrupt the PE ecosystem Internship Overview As a Family Office Investing & M&A Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in: - Deal sourcing and evaluation across multiple industries -Market research and financial analysis for acquisitions -Supporting portfolio company growth initiatives -Exposure to entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), search funds, and PE-backed companies -Building leadership skills by working directly with customers and guiding teams -We are looking for driven, analytical interns (10–15 hours/week) who are excited to work in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. - Many high performing interns are offered a part-time or even full-time role - Search as a Service, which supports dozens of searchers and acquisitions entrepreneurs, has been growing 20-30% MoM since inception of this year
