M&A Internship
Caprae Capital Partners is a family office investment platform that is not a traditional PE fund - we are a tech-enabled business built to change the PE and search fund industry.
Led by founders/partners/advisers who have grown businesses to 8 or 9-figure valuations, acquired businesses as a searcher, been serial tech entrepreneurs, Caprae invests across technology, finance, and media while building long-term, founder-focused businesses.
Our growing portfolio and platforms include:
- ITSco – a managed IT services provider
- Kintarra Holdings – Caprae’s parent holding company
- SaaSquatch Leads – an AI-powered deal sourcing engine 1000+ users
- Search as a Service – an advisory platform supporting 50+ active customers (many of whom are searchers)
- Health & Wellness Acquisitions – currently preparing to acquire a franchise for Q4 20205/Q1 2026
Caprae operates as a career home for entrepreneurial talent, backing searchers, operators, and founders while building businesses directly within our family office ecosystem.
Why This Internship is Different:
Unlike traditional internships, Caprae’s model is intentionally disruptive:
We are a tech-enabled platform competing directly with and reshaping traditional private equity models
Trained interns gain the opportunity to support firms actively acquiring businesses, including PE companies, search funds, and PE-backed operators
High-performers are trusted to lead meetings with principals, operators, and founders.
Interns may also manage project/teams, developing leadership skills uncommon at this career stage
You’ll gain exposure to both sides of the industry: working with traditional firms while helping Caprae actively disrupt the PE ecosystem
