West Bay Succession Capital is looking for an intern to help look for companies to evaluate. The intern would deeply understand the fund's investment criteria, help build databases that will be crucial to the search, and engage with third-party service providers. In return, the intern would receive at least two hours of coaching per week, get guidance on the full-time job search, and have access to the fund's networks at MBA programs, banks, and PE firms.
