Gen3Innovations is a search fund that invests in lower market companies (EBITDA $2 to 4M) on the East Coast of the US. We are seeking ambitious interns with lots of grit to join our team.
Your responsibility:
1. Proprietary Deal Sourcing: Actively search and build databases of right opportunities for the fund to pursue acquisitions, including reaching out to potential targets for initial discussions (cold-calling and email campaigns)
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and business models of potential targets
3. Manage Financial Models: Analyze company valuations and leveraged cash flow projections for acquisition scenarios
4. Due Diligence Support: Assist in the due diligence process for new opportunities.
