Company Description Presidio Park is a search fund founded by two Harvard Business School (HBS) alums who previously worked in investment banking, private equity investing, big tech, and start-ups. The fund’s objective is to identify, acquire, and operate one existing high-quality private business. Initially, the fund is focused on companies in B2B software, tech-enabled services, and broader asset-light recurring services, ranging from $10M to $75M in enterprise value. Interns will play an integral role and make significant impact in sourcing deals and evaluating potential acquisitions. The initial focus of the role will be in sourcing new company investment opportunities with any live deal work to follow later in the internship. The position represents a unique opportunity for students pursuing careers in private equity, investment banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. The fund’s founders have significant experience in investing and operations and can provide valuable insights into various aspects across industry research, valuation, investment banking, private equity, and business strategy. Responsibilities ● Identify and conduct sourcing outreach to companies that fit our investment criteria ● Conduct research on industry niches ● Evaluate potential investment opportunities ● Support due diligence on acquisition targets, including market research, financial analysis, business model evaluation, and deal documentation Qualifications ● Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a 4-year university ● Minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) ● Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to learn ● Strong analytical abilities, research skills, and attention to detail ● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Location & Timing ● December 2025 start date ● 6 month minimum time commitment ● This role will be remote.
