Search Fund Scenario Model

I am looking for a financial model reflecting all investor terms and how they eventually play out. E.g step-up (based on initial investment amount for search period), preferred shares, equity allocation and vesting of searcher shares etc. Anything readily available to play around and see how the different scenarios play out would be helpful.
