Search funds in recession

Hello All,

Any insight on how to manage search during a recession? I am curious to whether this could be an opportunity to find good deals on te market and to what extend are investors patient in this environment,

The people I follow confirm we have been in a recession for months, it's the media creating hype that it is "coming". By the time they actually admit it, there will be about 3 months left. With that said, I'm using it to look for deals on businesses that didn't manage it as effectively as they could have. If I see how to improve performance quickly, it's a great time to pursue a discounted acquisition.
