Searcher for a healthcare facilities industrial services opportunity?

We are a group of investors, including my family office, investing (deal by deal basis) in searcher-led deals ($1-5m in EBITDA) across industrials, business services, and healthcare services.
We’ve come across a unique business and potentially an interesting investment opportunity. The business provides industrial services in healthcare facilities (hospital indoor air-quality and safety services). We are considering the possibility of introducing a searcher to the transaction who will take the lead as we finance a significant portion of the equity (and potentially also subordinate debt), if anything should materialize.
