Searcher Resource: Big Deal Small Business by Guesswork Investing

Hi folks,
If you're looking to answer the million and one questions you may have as a new (or longtime searcher), I wanted to share a resource I've been developing for 3+ years.
I've been a longtime member of the search community - I closed on my self-funded search deal in early 2022 and have been running the biz every since. At the same time, I have been writing a blog discussing search since###-###-#### The blog draws from my PE background, and takes lessons learned from that world and applies them to self-funded search topics, such as deal structure, raising equity, underwriting deals, approaching sellers, and more.
Over the past few years it's organically gained several thousand readers, but I realized I've never actually posted about it on Searchfunder...primarily because I write it anonymously and my Searchfunder account was under my real name. However, I realized I can just make an anonymous account for my newsletter, so here we are! Many of you know who I am, but I'd appreciate if you could keep it under wraps on public websites please.
To find it, just google Big Deal Small Business Substack and it should pop up -- check the New Reader Searcher Guide for a list of the quick hits that are most relevant to newer searchers. I'll try putting a link in the replies to this post as well.
For operators (or soon-to-be-operators), I recently launched a paid section of the newsletter that has weekly posts digging into the business operations of my actual business -- so if you want more in-depth operating content, please consider supporting my writing in a paid way. But zero pressure! I am continuing to write free monthly posts more focused on search M&A topics.
Feel free to reach out with questions!
Best,
