At some point in the search journey, the tools stop working. The deal tracker gets too big. The folder system too messy. And the version control… well, let’s not even talk about that. It’s not because anyone’s disorganized - it’s because we were never given proper infrastructure. Startups got their CRMs and data rooms years ago.
