Searchers opportunity in Austin, TX

Hi Searchers

Our company redacted (tech-enabled B2B food services based in SF Bay Area and 2X INC 500/5000 biz) is looking to expand to new markets. We have a demand from existing clients for service in Austin, TX, and are looking for an entrepreneurial GM type to open/run the market.

While not a pure ETA opportunity, the compensation structure for this role is designed to reward performance similar to a search. It includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and revenue-based equity without that fun SBA PG. Also, not a franchise.

We plan to move into other geographies in the future, but Austin is the immediate focus.
