I am a Canadian national and citizen but my ethnicity is Balkan and I have interests there. I am interested in seeing how this conversation develops. From the outset, I imagine it would be a difficult path trying to run a traditional search in the non-EU states. (Albania, Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina) even with "Western" investors.
