In this Searchfunder Session, we will have a practical conversation with Searchfunder members ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌ around Insurance 101 and what phases of your growth you are needing insurance for the new company you are searching for and how to approach it during diligence pre-acquisition. Breaking down what you need and when, and how it helps you protect the balance sheet.
