Similar opportunity here in SoCal stretching from San Diego to Ventura counties. Lots of small to mid sized shops in the $1M to $5M range serving commercial/industrial, medical, and mil/aero markets. Most owners are older and haven’t modernized processes for efficiency and scale so should be room for adding value pretty quickly. Imagine could easily roll-up several of these to generate ~$2M+ in EBITDA.
