Searching for Operating Partner in Minnesota

Looking for an operating partner of a $600-$800K EBITDA Concrete Pumping Company in Rochester, MN. Equity and financing is already in place and I am looking for a Minnesota (ideally Rochester, MN) operating partner to join the team. Path to partial ownership after Year 1 of operation, vesting 5% equity per year after meeting agreed upon EBITDA hurdles.
