Searching for the right accountant for the Acquisition team of a 3PL

Currently still searching for the right accountant to be a part of this acquisition team. I wanted to have an accountant who has been on the buy side of a successful 3PL/Freight Brokerage transaction. If anyone has any more ideas, please advise - it is basically a bottleneck in this process as we have a signed LOI and most of all the financial documents in a data room- but no accountant with the right experience yet.

Anyone have any contacts that may be a good fit?
