Thanks for the tag Luke.
Hi everyone, I’m Juan Lombardi, founder of NorthGrid SMB, a boutique advisory firm focused on commercial diligence for searchers and SMB buyers.
I’m Argentine and currently in Buenos Aires after 10+ years in the US. My background is in strategy and operations: ex-BCG, Kellogg MBA, and former operator in healthcare services and industrials across North America and Latin America.
Through NorthGrid SMB, I help buyers pressure-test a practical question before closing: will this business still hold up after the buyer owns it? That usually means looking at customer concentration, revenue durability, competitive position, pricing power, seller dependence, market dynamics, and early post-close priorities.
I’m interested in how the search / ETA model develops in Argentina and Latin America. The market here is different from the US in terms of deal flow, seller expectations, financing, trust-building, informality, and post-close execution, they all all require local judgment.
I’m not currently searching myself. I’m here from the advisory/operator side to connect with searchers, investors, lenders, brokers, operators, and advisors who are looking seriously at Argentina or the broader region.
Where I can be useful: commercial diligence, market assessment, customer and revenue risk, pricing, growth strategy, and 90-day post-close planning.
Looking forward to meeting others building or exploring the Argentine ETA ecosystem.
