Edgar here, based in North Austin (for now). Founder/sole GP of Umbral Capital Partners, raising a Delaware LP / Reg D 506(c) fund for cold chain infrastructure in Venezuela. Background: 10+ years operating across Dell, PepsiCo, SABMiller, P&G in LatAm. Venezuelan-born, relocating to Venezuela June 2026 as owner-operator. Nick here - based in Central Austin. 10 years of corporate experience across client service and technology at an expert network. Primarily self-funded (but also SBA pre-approved for up to $2M) searcher looking to acquire a Central Texas home services or home services adjacent business in the $1M-$2.3M range. Have come close on one deal (landscaping company) with an LOI but lost out to a late all cash offer. Have legal and accounting resources ready to deploy on the right opportunity. Biggest need right now is proprietary deal flow - if you're seeing Austin-area home services businesses, please send them my way. Also interested in talking with searchers who've closed in the space, especially around operator transition and the first 90 days.
