Hello fellow Bostonians! I split my time between Chelmsford, where my business is based, and East Boston (any boaters here?). I acquired my first business in April 2024 through an SBA 7(a) loan. Unfortunately, the business turned out to be completely fraudulent, and we’re still actively battling that situation while continuing to make payments, which is every bit as fun as it sounds. Through this experience, I’ve met a lot of great people and learned a tremendous amount about the SBA process, business acquisitions, and navigating difficult situations as an owner. If anyone ever runs into issues or needs connections/resources, I’m always happy to help where I can. I also have a strong background in logistics, so if that’s your space, definitely feel free to connect. 🙂

I have worked with over 50 small businesses to improve their profitability and increase their valuation. I have run small businesses and have over 10 years in Fortune 500 setting. I have deep operational experience and an ability to assess a company's health beyond the items that are shown on a diligence checklist. I am an engineer and MBA by training. What's your buy box? I am not currently looking to buy a company. I am looking to connect with acquirers who need assistance in evaluating deals, developing an operating plan post-acquisition, and implementing the plan. Have you acquired yet? No. Where do you need the most help right now? Making connections with aspiring buyers who need to add a strategy and operations skill set to the acquisition process. Where can you provide help to others? Deal due diligence with respect to operations, management, and leadership. Post-acquisition planning and implementation to drive valuation improvement.
