We're working hard to grow the Searchfunder community in Brazil. Please take a moment to introduce yourself below. Some questions to consider answering: Where are you based? What is your background? What's your buy box? Have you acquired yet? Where do you need the most help right now? Where can you provide help to others? Anything else on your mind? We'll be able to have much deeper discussions if you can provide as much detail as possible. A paragraph or two is perfect. Thank you @redacted‌! Where I'm based: Maringa, Brazil I work remotely and have been traveling throughout Brazil. Background: Eight years in enterprise (JPMorgan, two crypto startups) automating and providing insights on the operational side of the business, and for the past 2 years I've started my own agency. I run a small two-person practice with my business partner Pierce, who has 30+ years in database architecture across manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and field services. I'm on the operations and AI-systems side; he's on the data infrastructure side. Buy box / have I acquired: I'm not a searcher myself, I come at ETA from the operator/builder side. I work with people who've just acquired a business, building the software, automations, and dashboards the previous owner never put in. So my "box" is really the businesses you buy, in the first year after close. Where I need the most help right now: Learning. I'm trying to understand the post-close experience as deeply as possible, what actually breaks operationally in the first 100 days to first year, and whether it's a sharper pain for buyers modernizing what they inherited or for sellers prepping to raise their multiple. I'd value conversations with anyone who's lived it. Where I can help others: If you've just closed (or are about to) and you're staring at inherited spreadsheets, broken QuickBooks syncs, or processes that live in one person's head, that's the area I'm looking to build solutions for. Happy to do a free systems teardown or just trade notes. Anything else: More than anything I'm looking to learn more about the transition phase of businesses. Reach me here or redacted

Hello! I'm based in São Paulo, with a background of 10 years at Itau and building products and sales channels at Neon Bank, Isaac and Juvo. I received sponsorship from Itau for the 1 year full-time Masters at Stanford (MSx) I founded Scala Capital, raising with 15 investors in the traditional SF, looking to acquire a software company and a service company with high automation potential. I need help in receiving more deals and getting to know investors with expertise in our thesis. I can help discussing deals with other searchers and investors. Also, I can connect you to people in the Search Fund ecosystem who may be valuable for both. https://www.linkedin.com/in/gtsilva/ Thank you!
