Infrastructure / Industrial services companies; 2-5MM EBITDA; however, open to looking at anything in the skilled trades. Have you acquired yet? Not yet Where do you need the most help right now? Thanks for the tag @redacted‌ Where are you based: I split my time between Toronto and Chicago What is your background: Spent too long in big corporations before leaving to work across a few startups, software, home reno and construction and almost a decade in healthcare. For the most part I was leading sales and marketing teams, building GTM programs, creating more efficient funnels, and taking on operational roles with oversight across all of it. Was part of one exit and know what it takes to make something actually work on the ground. What's your buy box: Owner-operator medspa, aesthetic clinics, boutique wellness/longevity centers. Targets with strong client base, underperforming operations, or owners ready to exit without a succession plan. Geographically I'm open to anything in North America but my focus areas are Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Arizona, Texas, Toronto, and Calgary Have you acquired yet: No. Close but not closed yet. Where do you need the most help right now: Capital stack on US deals and deal flow in Canada. SBA isn't an option for me as a Canadian so I am building around seller financing, private debt, and equity investors. Quality opportunities in my buy box in Canada are harder to find than I expected. Where can you provide help to others: medspa and medical aesthetics specifically. Deal evaluation, diligence process, sales & marketing, understanding operational drivers, introductions, and navigating life across borders, both business and personal.
