We're working hard to grow the Searchfunder community in Europe. Please take a moment to introduce yourself below. Some questions to consider answering: Where are you based? What is your background? What's your buy box? Have you acquired yet? Where do you need the most help right now? Where can you provide help to others? Anything else on your mind? We'll be able to have much deeper discussions if you can provide as much detail as possible. A paragraph or two is perfect. Thanks for the Tag Luke! Based in Lisbon, Portugal, got back around 7 months ago. I'm a Former Chief Information officer in Heavy Machinery (CAT in Africa & Middle East). Former VP at Siemens and overall for around 15y in tech and with an Executive MBA from Cambridge. I've started a Traditional in Jan and looking to acquire biz with 1-7M EBITDA within Manufacturing, Machinery distribution and B2B Tech. Closely connected to what I've been doing so far. Happy to provide a few insights into the Portuguese landscape of companies and deals. I think much more could be done here. Classic locally is you talk with 5 lawyers and you get 5 opinions so navigating the legal frameworks has been interesting to say the least (at least compared wiht Common Law in the UK).
