Congrats @redacted‌ on closing! I’m based in Plymouth. Self-funded searcher looking for my first deal. I’m only about a month into my official search but have been passively looking for years. Targeting B2B business in marketing industry, B2C businesses in health/wellness both in person and eComm, and garage door businesses in Twin Cities metro area. I know that’s a bit all over the place but it’s where I’m most curious and see good oppty to add value. Ideal size is $500k-$1M SDE with EV in the $1M-$4M range. @redacted‌ @redacted‌ - Any interest in getting together in person soon for a social hour?

Hello Minnesota - I'll start: Based in Edina and Green Horizons Lawn Care in Burnsville. We closed last week (late May###-###-#### My background is consumer products, coming from General Mills, Jack Link's, and a PE-backed business. My partner comes from PE and we searched for about 16 months. We closed on this business with backing from 3 Family Offices and a small SPV of local investors. /This is a residential, full-service lawn care company. We have a buy/build strategy and looking for smaller tuck-ins and strategic adds in irrigation and fertilization. I'd like to meet people locally to help where I can and build a base of folks to learn from each other.
