I would love to get the communities thoughts on the pros and cons of conducting a solo searcher effort vs. being part of a searcher fund of funds. I would intuitively think having access to the resources and mentorship from the fund of funds team would be a significant help, but I am sure there are advantages to being a solo searcher too. What does the community see as the benefits and drawbacks of solo vs. fund of funds? Thank you for any help or input.

I believe the trade-off lies in equity, control, and risk. Your personal tolerance/desire for each component will drive one path over the other.

Thank you. I appreciate the help. Do you happen to know if there is a database of searcher fund of funds?
