Hi everyone,
I’m actively seeking to acquire a small business in the Western U.S. with $1–5M of EBITDA as part of an entrepreneur-through-acquisition strategy.
My background is in M&A and strategic finance, including transaction advisory at Deloitte and investment banking at Naventus, where I've worked on transactions and advisory assignments across a range of industries including energy, healthcare, blue-collar services, and space technology. Currently serve on the board of a ~$200M construction and infrastructure group where I’m involved in evaluating acquisitions, capital allocation decisions, and growth initiatives.
Preferred: Durable cash flow, recurring or highly repeatable revenue, and opportunities for operational improvement or consolidation. While industry agnostic, I have particular interest in infrastructure-related services, specialty contracting, and niche B2B companies.
I am backed by committed capital, and I am looking to acquire and operate a business as a long-term owner.
