I’m in the middle of negotiating the purchase of a B2B furniture manufacturer and would really appreciate learning from investors/operators who have experience in this space (or in similar custom/light manufacturing businesses). I’m particularly interested in how you’ve approached: - Working capital in project-based / custom manufacturing and how you’ve sized true WC needs. - Throughput and shop-floor optimization - frameworks you’ve used to think about capacity, constraints, and layout. - Any diligence blind spots you’ve seen first-time buyers miss in this type of business.
