I am a self-funded searcher working on acquiring a plumbing contractor in Canada. The company has been around for more than 35 years, operates with 20 plumbers, has a track record of profitability and will be acquired at a low multiple. I am seeking an equity partner for maximum 150k investment in exchange for an ownership stake. Q of E report available and acquisition loan already in place.
