Seeking 3–5 ETA Operators / Investors for MBA Thesis Interviews

Hi everyone, I’m currently finishing my MBA at the University of Greenwich. The title of my dissertation is: 'An Investigation of Governance Structures, Control Mechanisms, Incentives, and Knowledge Transfer in HoldCo-Led Small Business Acquisitions in the US'. I am looking to speak with three to five more ETA operators, HoldCo founders or small business investors who have acquired one or more founder-led businesses in the US. Interview basics: – 45–60 minutes via Google Meet – fully anonymous and off the record – Focus: governance, delegation, incentive design, operator fit, and knowledge transfer post-acquisition I’ve already completed four interviews and have three more scheduled.
