Note: This is a capital raise, not a traditional business-for-sale listing. The company is seeking $400k–$800k from investors or strategic partners, and the founder intends to remain actively involved. I'm helping a friend connect with potential investors for a founder-owned enterprise software and IT services company based in North Texas. The company has operated for more than 20 years, providing enterprise software licensing, IT staff augmentation, and consulting services to industrial, energy, and other enterprise clients. Over its history, it has generated more than $26 million in invoiced revenue across approximately 300 client relationships. Seventeen of those relationships lasted eight years or longer, including several Fortune 500 and large regional accounts. Annual revenue averaged well over $1 million during its steady-state years. Revenue has declined over the past several years as several longstanding customers moved work in-house or offshore. The company had historically relied on a relatively small group of established accounts, with limited investment in new business development. As those contracts wound down, revenue declined without a sufficient pipeline to replace it. The company is seeking $400k–$800k in growth capital to rebuild its sales and marketing capabilities, re-engage its historical customer base, strengthen its balance sheet, and expand into AI-enabled services and automation for industries where it already has relationships and domain expertise. The investment thesis centers on leveraging the company's established client relationships, technical capabilities, and industry experience to rebuild recurring revenue and pursue new growth opportunities. A substantial portion of its historical customer base consists of former accounts with multi-year engagement histories, representing a potential source of revenue as business development efforts resume. The founder remains actively involved in day-to-day operations and client relationships. An outside fractional CFO has also been engaged to support financial modeling, investor relations, and reporting. Building management depth and reducing founder dependence over time are explicit parts of the longer-term plan. This is a capital raise rather than an outright sale. The company is particularly interested in investors or strategic partners who can contribute relevant industry relationships, operating experience, or business development capabilities alongside capital. I'm sharing this on a no-names basis to gauge interest. Additional financial information, projections, and proposed investment terms are available to qualified parties following a signed NDA. If this fits your investment interests, or you know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to message me. I'd be happy to make an introduction. *Shared for informational purposes only; not an offer to sell securities.*
