I’m building AcquireOS, a secure acquisition workspace designed for individual business buyers.
AcquireOS helps searchers:
• Evaluate listings and acquisition fit• Analyze CIMs and financial statements• Normalize SDE and EBITDA• Model SBA, conventional and seller-financing structures• Calculate DSCR and estimated owner income• Track opportunities, documents, risks and diligence tasks
I’m looking for five active acquisition entrepreneurs currently evaluating businesses to participate in a controlled 30-day beta.
Participants will receive complimentary access and direct onboarding. In return, I’m requesting that each participant evaluate at least one live or sanitized opportunity and attend two short feedback sessions.
