Seeking a Concrete/Construction Exec Candidate

I'm evaluating changing up the team at one of my portfolio companies, and wonder if this group knows anyone (or contains) people with concrete experience, who would want to run an established (if smaller) concrete contracting firm with me. Chicago area preferred.
