Are there any non SBA lenders who provide traditional lines of credit without the excessive monthly fees?
My business partner and I are willing to provide a personal guarantee. We would prefer to limit the guarantee
and are open to discussion. We have a small HVAC company (7 million revenue, 900k EBITDA).

It really depends on what type of line you are looking for and what assets you have to pledge as collateral and whether there is other debt on the business or not. Traditional bank lines of credit are relatively cheap compared to some of the other options out there if you qualify for them. I would be happy to have a discussion.
