Seeking Acquisitions

Greetings Searchfunder community. Generally I am posting deals for sale. This time, on behalf of a client, I have become a "Searcher". I have been engaged to assist a company/owner find some growth opportunities. We currently are seeking manufacturing companies based in Wisconsin with revenue of $10MM to $30MM. We are also seeking SAAS companies, based anywhere, with annual recurring revenue of $2MM to $6MM.
My client has the resources to get a transaction completed quickly.
