Hi SF Community -

First of all, I wanted to say how fantastic it is to have such a resource as this and be surrounded by likeminded, insightful people. So thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am currently raising a traditional search fund focused on Healthcare here in the UK or Europe. As such, I would love to chat with anyone who raised (or failed to raise) or operated a traditional search in the last year, particularly in Healthcare or UK/EU.

I would also love to hear from prospective partners, particularly anyone with a management/operations background who can compliment my own investor/scientific skillset.

Thank you!

Robert

Hello Robert Shore. I just discovered this post but perhaps it is a year old? Anyhow. How are you and how is your search fund progressing? In Q2 2026 I am launching a UK private equity roll up venture consolidating NHS hospital suppliers in pathology, training, medtech and other subsectors. Would be delighted to connect with you, and happy to share ideas, our personal network and so forth.

Hi ^redacted‌ I am a self-funded searcher / independent sponsor focused on the healthcare space. I split my time between Ireland (where I practice medicine) and the USA. Happy to connect and chat. Will send you a PM.
