Seeking Advice on Financial Institutions for Marketing Company Acquisitions

Our team is seeking acquisition opportunities in the U.S. marketing industry. We’re targeting companies with an EBITDA between $1M and $3M, with plans to acquire a majority stake while keeping the seller involved through equity or seller financing. The remaining financing will come from a mix of debt from financial institutions and equity investors.

We’re looking for recommendations on which financial institutions are best suited for this type of transaction. Do you have suggestions on lenders who specialize in deals like this? Are there equity investors or financial partners you would recommend?
