Does anyone have tips or ideas on the best way to find operating partners who might want to collaborate with a private equity fund like ours?

We’re particularly interested in the TIC and Facilities Management sectors, but open to hearing about other approaches that have worked for you. Any advice, networks, or success stories in finding strong operating partners would be greatly appreciated.
