On behalf of a good friend, I'm seeking suggestions / recommendations for sell-side advisors that would be well suited to run a sale process for his business. This is a branded consumer electronic product family (minimal SKU's) that is sold exclusively through e-commerce channel (own website and Amazon) doing ~$10MM of EBITDA. Company has grown steadily over its 6-year history but does have a great deal of seasonality.

Thanks in advance for any recs this community can offer.

Thanks Luke.
Anonymous: Have sold a similar e-commerce business (in home improvement). Combination of minimal SKUs, 6 years but significant EBITDA will require creative solution. and marketing. It will also need deep explanation of the technology, new product pipe line, the IP protection and the manufacturing source. I suspect, asset base (inventory) is light even compared to other e-commerce businesses. I am also guessing top line is seasonal but inventory build is not (sold a $5 M EBITDA business with sales in 3 months of Xmas). My cell number is###-###-#### and email redacted
