Seeking Advisory Service to find a cash flow lender

I'm entering into an LOI within the next week at 4x cash flow.  I will be seeking $4 million of a cash flow loan.  Even at a 10% interest rate there is over 2x DSCR.  I am seeking an advisory service to help prepare the loan package and help place the debt.   Alan Donenfeld --@----.com
