Seeking an operating partner for a healthcare business in Dallas

I have a deal under LOI but I would like to operate the business with a partner. This is not a "job post". I'm seeking somebody that is interested in a true partner role. I'm an experienced searcher and this will be my third deal. A key feature of this business will be transitioning referral relationships from the seller to the partner. This partner should like relationship based selling. This partner should also be based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. I'm open to somebody that is willing to move to Dallas...but you would need to be prepared to do that rapidly and with the pace that the deal is going I think that will be challenging for most. It is not necessary for the partner to contribute financially to the deal - but is welcome to if desired. I have a preference for somebody that has previous experience in outpatient healthcare or, at a minimum, can provide diligence expertise in the space - but neither of these industry related characteristics are absolutely necessary.
