Seeking CA lawyers for Bay Area Acquisition

I found an old post hear about lawyers but being 3 years old, it seems like it might be out of date. Any recommendations for lawyers on a self-funded deal with a purchase price around $3.5m? I'm currently at a handshake agreement on a non brokered deal. Looking to close sometime this summer or as late as September.

Hey ^redacted‌ - I'm based in NY, but travel back and forth across the coasts often and have a couple deals in CA now. I'm not sure what industry you're looking to acquire, but CA has very unique requirements surrounding transfer of business licenses in the state (that can blow up a deal if you're not ahead of them).
