Seeking Capital Partner for Water Industry Startup

I am interested in launching a new endeavor with a forward-leaning ambitious but organized MBA with access to ongoing capital for aggressive growth in water.
I have been in water for over twenty years since returning from military deployment as a Company Commander. I have started three companies (sold one) in water filter manufacturing, installation and servicing (recurring revenue), water testing and consulting.
The water industry—which includes water treatment, supply, infrastructure, wastewater management, and emerging water tech—has undergone significant transformation over the past 10 years and is poised for even greater changes in the next decade. The global water industry grew from approx. $500B in 2015 to over $700B by###-###-#### The main drivers are population growth, urbanization, industrialization, and climate stress on water supply. In addition, the period has been marked by massive spending on aging infrastructure in North America and Europe while emerging markets invested heavily in new water delivery and sanitation systems. Adoption of wastewater recycling and desalination plants increased, especially in the Middle East, Australia, and parts of the U.S. (I have personally been involved with projects in California). M&A activity has been hot (Suez, Veolia, Dannaher are notable global examples).
I am looking for someone excited about working in water, who can bring access to growth capital, financial acumen, a strong work ethic and a desire for growth to team up with me on the next adventure.

• Knowledge/Certs: Water (WQA certified Water Expert and Installer, ISO9000 Global Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt (GE), SAM Registered, GSA Award (WIP), SDVOSB, Amazon Brand Certified
• Access: Government Contracting (VA, DLA, DoD, GSA), 20+ yrs of building Commercial/Industrial/Muni Customer base and extensive Manufacturing and Services base. This also means access to numerous future acquisition opps.
• Multiple Business Sectors: Manufacturing/Service/Distribution
• Designer of Aggressive Business Growth Methodology: DETOX (Destabilization Theory of Expansion)™
