Seeking Capital Partners & Deal Flow - Operator-Led D2C Platform with Owned 3PL
We’re an operator-led platform looking for capital partners and intermediaries to help us acquire eComm brands onto infrastructure we already own and run.
The platform
MyMully.com is our D2C brand. MullyFulfillment.com is our founder-run 3PL and software stack in Detroit. We own both. That is the thesis: shared warehouse, shared systems, shared overhead - so a portco inherits operating leverage on day one instead of paying a third-party 3PL and standing up its own stack.
What we already do
DTC and subscription operations (kitting, inserts, SKU rotation)
Shopify / Woo / BigCommerce, WMS, returns, and a client-facing software layer
Midwest fulfillment footprint - 50%+ of the U.S. in one ground day
We operate our own D2C brand, so we underwrite CAC, refunds, inventory risk, and contribution margin as operators, not as a first-time search
What we’re buying
eComm / D2C brands that either plug into the existing fulfillment + software operation or add a competency we can scale across the portfolio. A few situations are nearing LOI ($500K-$5M). We want more.
Who we want to talk to
Capital partners - family offices, independent-sponsor investors, and operators who want to sit alongside a running platform rather than a search that still needs to be built
Investment bankers and intermediaries with eComm / consumer deal flow who can help feed the pipeline
This is not a blind fund. We run what we own.
Happy to walk through the platform, the pipeline, and how we think about structure. DM me here or email redacted
