Seeking capital partners for a cleared federal IT roll-up

I am looking to connect with capital partners to back a federal IT roll-up, and would love to expand the conversations we already have underway. Background: We acquire and operate cleared federal IT and cybersecurity contractors supporting DoD and the broader defense community. We are currently searching for our first platform acquisition and source deals on a daily basis. I spent my prior career scaling a federal IT business as an executive to over $150M in revenue and I have an active Top Secret clearance. I have a strong team in place, along with a firm that handles our due diligence and quality of earnings, so we can move quickly and cleanly. Where we are: We have six active deals in play. Two are platform-sized and too large for SBA, each doing roughly $1.5M in EBITDA and $10 to $15m in revenue, and we are pursuing both aggressively. A few others are smaller and would not stand on their own, but they are strong bolt-on candidates that expand contract vehicles and reduce customer concentration once a platform is in place. We have had strong calls with the sellers across these opportunities, and what we need now is the right capital to move efficiently.
