Seeking Cash-flow based loan for asset light medical staffing company

Hi all - I am currently under LOI with a medical staffing company in CA, that has good recurring revenue. Total debt amount I'm seeking is about $4.5M.The company is making ~$5M in revenue, ~$2M in adjusted EBITDA.
